Fuel & Co, 190 Buckland Road, Nundah.
Beautiful and cosy cafe situated over the hill from the main centre of Nundah, Fuel & Co has coffee to die for and delicious all day food options. Quickly becoming one of my favourite breakfast destinations to date I suggest you pop along and check out what they have to offer.
B.L.A.T + Haloumi
Fresh greens, avocado, bacon and tomato situation between two lovely crackling pieces of turkish bread! I added Haloumi as a brekky extras even though its hard to pick with so many options. Absolutely delicious and fresh and everything was cooked to perfection. I have in fact ha they breakfast twice now and I haven’t had one single regret. As for my obsessive beverage requirement issue I always order at least 2 to 3 drinks per meal… I get thirsty ok! Their coffee is excellent and I haven’t had a bad sip yet. Brewing a favourite of mine Di Bella, I’ve been drinking black coffee and its hard not to notice when your coffee is delicious, when there is nothing to cover it up.
Their staff are super friendly as well as giving you space so you don’t feel pressured to move or leave or have a conversation which I love. Service is super quick and well presented and so far I haven’t had a bad thing to say.
