Falls Festival has just dropped one massive teaser!!
Revealing the first artist on this years bill to grace the stage in all four states is none other than rapper/actor/writer and comedian Childish Gambino.
Last here in Australia for Listen Out 2015, Childish Gambino will be bringing with him his forthcoming and highly anticipated new album PHAROS, due out later in 2016. Known for popular tracks such as Heartbeat, V. 3005 and Sober, Gambino’s laid back R&B hip-hop is something you will never get enough of.
Lorne is first up, running across four days from Wednesday, 28th December – Saturday, 31st December.
While Marion Bay festivities will run across three days, kicking off on Thursday, 29th December and wrapping up on Saturday, 31st December.
The Byron leg will then run from Saturday, 31st December right through until Monday, 2nd January, and for the first time ever Falls Festival is heading to Fremantle and will run across two days, from Saturday 7th – Sunday 8th January 2017.
Finally, the Falls promoters have also given us another date to note down: Tuesday, 23rd August, which is when the full lineups for each event are due to drop!
So lock in those dates and start the excitement because the countdown to Falls Festival and New Years is finally on!!!
