PNK FME Returns With New Single ‘Forsaken’

Forsaken marks a return to form for the Adelaide producer, singer, and songwriter PNK FME following on from his debut EP, ‘I’ve Never Been Me’.

The track maintains his exploration of living with ADHD in an equally chaotic and ruthless world. The live video premiered yesterday by Pilerats and the track premiered via triple j’s unearthed TOPS.

Forsaken burrows into the impulsive and destructive nature of a mind in torment futilely traversing an intoxicating relationship. The blistered composition weeps with regret as the distressed lyrical nature festers with realised fears. “The feeling of ‘Forsaken’ was the first time I encountered these particular emotions encased with such a unique section of life,” explains PNK FME as he imbues his lived experience weaved into a bitter ballad. He expands, “the production began with warped dissonance to reflect the lyrical nature with everything else just following suit!”’

I fell in love with PNK FME at this years Mountain Goat Valley Crawl. His music is like a mixture of Flume and Post Malone and you can’t help but groove along to his spaced out beats. Do yourself a favour and check out his latest single below!
