“ALL I WANT, AND ALL I NEED, ALL I CRAVE IS A GOOD PUB FEED”.
Admit it, it’s been bloody well stuck in your head for a week.
Sure Smoko is sitting at a lazy 6.3 million YouTube streams, but Pub Feed’s on it’s way to catching up at almost 400,000 eyeballs in just over a week.
Interest in the new tune is warranted. Not only was the world keen to see if The Chats could back up their viral hit Smoko, but most people were pretty thrilled to find it’s follow up is a straight up Aussie banger. Channel 7 Sunshine Coast even broadcast the new vid on the nightly news, setting a dangerous precedent for emerging bands, worldwide.
The Chats kids will finish up their shows with Skeggs in April before heading to Our Friend’s Farm to get dusty af at Boogie and then fanging back to Melbourne to open for Iggy Pop at Festival Hall on April 21.
Then The Chats will kick off their very own headline tour at the end of the month starting with Sydney on May 31st before heading to Melbourne on June 8th, Adelaide on June 9th and finishing up in Brisbane on June 14th.
TChats are sitting on a ton of new material and Pub Feed is just the start. With what feels like a thousand bloody gigs to their name, the boys’ eyes are set heavily on world domination: as long as the beer is cold and the pies are warm.
