Alternative folk queen from Forbes, Vera Blue has just released the first single taster of her forthcoming debut album.
Premiering on triple j breakfast, Vera Blue’s new single Private is the first official track to be released from her highly anticipated forthcoming debut album. When asked about the single Vera said; “It’s basically about wanting someone you can’t have, whether they’re a best friend or a celebrity. You’re basically falling for someone you can’t go for,” Vera Blue says. “It’s the fantasy of wishing you could be with someone but you can’t.”
In celebration of the singles release, Vera has announced the dates for her upcoming national tour kicking off in Sydney in April.
