Last Thursday before Spit Syndicate me and the boyfriend went to Heya Bar to hideaway from familiar faces and also drink their delicious cocktails.
Splicing together something new and exciting as usual, we let our bartender and good friend of mind surprise us. Both cocktails were absolutely delicious and we even got the burnt orange smoke and fruity decorations to spice it up!
You know those Japanese bubble teas with the sealed plastic lids and the lychee jellies on the bottom? Well Midori has a promotion going at the moment at Heya where for $12 you can get a Midori cocktail made with sour apple jellies and sealed off with plastic like bubble tea. You even get one of those fat straws so you can eat you jellies and everything is Midori! Was one of the coolest things I have ever had at a bar!
To make things even more spontaneous, Heya Bar now holds Comedy Open Mic nights on Thursdays and its FREE! Buy a drink, take a seat, have a life, hideaway or even eat some delicious Japanese Cuisine. Its all down the steps in the dimly let dungeon that is Heya Bar.
