On Saturday we ventured out on a bus tour with Flexi Tours to visit Hobbiton, Rotorua and Waitomo. First stop was Hobbiton Movie Set where the Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit films were shot. This is a shot of me and Ben in one of the only Hobbit holes you were able to go inside of. We had a 2 hour guided tour around the venue where our tour guide updated us with many interesting facts about the filming process and let us take photos along the way.
We finished the day off in the Green Dragon Inn where they gave us free cider and i sat and patted a cat for for about half an hour.
I felt very touristy!
